O CrossFit é um método de treinamento que vem crescendo muito em número de academias e assim em número de praticantes, especialmente no Brasil, onde contamos com a marca de mais de mil academias e ocupando a segunda posição no mundo em número de academias. Juntamente com o crescimento e popularização do método de treinamento que promove melhoria das capacidades físicas de uma maneira global, também cresce as dúvidas quanto a sua eficácia e também quanto ao risco de lesões durante sua prática. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar o perfil das lesões em praticantes de CrossFit através de uma revisão narrativa e identificar na literatura a taxa de incidência de lesões em praticantes, bem como as regiões mais afetadas pelas lesões em praticantes de CrossFit. Foi realizada uma revisão narrativa de literatura selecionando materiais publicados no banco de dados PubMed, onde foram incluídos artigos com o período de publicação de 2000 a 2018, sejam eles em língua portuguesa ou inglesa. Foi observado que a taxa de incidência de lesões em praticantes de CrossFit varia nos estudos entre 1.94 a 3.1 lesões a cada 1000 horas de treinamento e estão mais localizadas na regido do ombro, coluna vertebral, mais especificamente na regido lombar e joelhos. Concluindo que em comparação com outras modalidades esportivas, a taxa de lesão da prática do CrossFit é baixa.
