A IMPORTÂNCIA DO JUDÔ PARA A MELHORIA NA QUALIDADE DE VIDA EM IDOSOS
Resumo
As características da produção do movimento humano fazem crer em um sistema complexo e em constante mudança. Uma vez que a execução e a regulação do movimento dependem das condições ambientais, então a dificuldade para o executante está em reproduzir um certo padrão de movimento adquirido anteriormente em ambientes diferentes ao da aprendizagem. As pessoas que praticam o Judô, por exemplo, aprendem e treinam constantemente as técnicas do "Ukemi" (palavra japonesa que significa a ciência da queda amortecedora). Considerando as restrições do organismo, as quedas tio judô emergem dos diferentes deslocamentos espaço-temporais dos segmentos corporais em resposta As diferentes possibilidades de direção do fluxo da força que causou o desequilíbrio. A perda da capacidade do equilíbrio ocorre ao longo do processo do envelhecimento devido A degeneração de alguns órgãos e sistemas do corpo humano. A queda faz parte dos acidentes mais frequentes com idosos, que geralmente acontece por anormalidades na manutenção do equilíbrio e da passada, fraqueza muscular, desordens visuais, doença cardiovascular, alteração cognitiva e devido a alguns medicamentos. Assim, este trabalho de revisão de literatura, se mostra relevante por propor que o treinamento durante a vida da prática do judô pode possibilitar aos indivíduos idosos melhor qualidade de vida.
